Account Manager (Digital)

As an Account Manager for this top Digital Fundraising Platform you will have the opportunity to work with some of the top charities within Australia and NZ in this B2B Sales role.

About the Role; Working within the sales team you will provide Account Management support to our clients as well as some administrative support to our management team. Reporting to the Marketing Director your responsibilities in this role will include:
· Managing a number of key client accounts by maintaining regular contact, answering client enquiries and strategically further developing client relationships
· Project managing Digital Production by acting as a bridge between clients and the production team
· Managing pre and post event strategies by coaching charities on how to get the most out of digital events
· Using Salesforce to update data, conduct searches and prepare reports
· Performing general administration tasks as needed
· Attending sales meetings and other internal meetings
· Assisting the Marketing Director in marketing initiatives
· Preparing quotations

About You; You will either be a recent graduate and or have 2 years plus administration and sales experience ideally within digital production organisation. Perhaps you have worked as a junior Digital Producer, as a Digital Account Co-Ordinator or have undertaken your own Digital Production projects. You will most likely have a strong interest in the fundraising charity sector. Additionally you are someone who is committed and what to build a long term career within our supportive organisation.

We’re looking for; We are looking for someone who thrives on supporting and helping clients, is passionate about the fundraising/charity sector and who has a strong interest and ideally skills in digital production. For example you may have worked in a digital production company, may have developed your own website or blog.
